We prepare and dispatch orders with genuine care. Estimated dispatch timeframes are listed on each product page and we do our best to meet them. During busy periods or when working with made-to-order pieces, lead times may be longer, and we will communicate this clearly.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party courier services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier capacity, international customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by these factors, though we will always do what we can to help resolve any issues.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions provided by the courier. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges levied by your country. These are not included in our pricing and we are unable to predict or cover them on your behalf.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will work with you to find a resolution.
