These Terms govern your use of our website and any orders you place with us. By browsing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by them. We recommend reading them carefully, and please do get in touch if anything is unclear.

Ilaara Maison creates products in small batches using natural materials and artisan processes. Natural variation in colour, texture, and finish is inherent to this way of working and forms part of the character of each piece. Such variation does not constitute a fault or defect.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where an error has occurred in pricing or product description. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded promptly.

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the relevant item. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded or restricted under Scottish law, including in cases of death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
