All bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are created specifically for you using materials and time that cannot be recovered once work has begun.

In these cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will ask for photographs and a brief description of the issue, and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
